The stay here was perfect for "just one more night " MULTIPLE times. The stuff was attentive and catered to our every need. The room we booked was brand-new and huge, with great view and balcony, for instance. Restaurant was perfect for a breakfast. It was in an ideal location close to downtown.

The check-in experience was frustrating due to the delayed response at the front desk, and the staff's attitude could have been more cute. Though the room was a decent size and the beds were comfortable, the promised balcony was misleading, and a lack of extra pillows was disappointing. The food, especially the French pastries, was good and added some enjoyment to the stay.

We spent evenings at Jazz Alley, soaking in the live music and delicious food.

My wife says that the bathroom could use an update. It was quite small and had some issues that detracted from our experience.

Comfort, good rest, lots of cleanliness, bathroom comfortable and clean. breakfasts in the restaurant are excellent and staff is very very friendly. Good machines in the gym, place is wide and comfortable.

The average shower height, for a person of 1.94 a little uncomfortable, but it was not a big problem . Breakfasts look a little expensive, but they are in the average cost for the area and are of high quality . As for the swimming pool, there should be some small warnings insisting that users take a shower before entering, or if they exist, people do not respect them much, but of course, this is no longer the responsibility of the hotel but of the people and their education.
